Working Sous Chef needed for mostly scratch small kitchen. Please note this is a working Sous Chef... i.e. you WILL work a line position most of the week. You must have experience with inventory, ordering, menu development & supervision. There will be a probationary period for you to prove your skills & compensation will be based solely on your work not your resume.
